From 1989 till the present Mr Samir Ayyash has been an active member of the Jordanian and
Arabic communities in Australia and in Jordan. Mr Ayyash was a business pioneer in Sydney
Australia as he was the first to establish a successful business in the hospitality field stretching
for over 30 years.
He started Petra Equipment the company that specialises in all Hospitality Solution from selling
equipment’s to the industry to designing shops, restaurants, school canteen and hotel to fabrication
and fit out that include consultation to assist newcomers to the industry in starting their
new businesses. Some of his major projects includes governmental jobs such as Australian
Defences Force that exceeded the $ 2 million budget i.e., Universities and hospitals. Petra
equipment total revenue exceeding $ 33 Million per annum with 63 full time and casual
employees.
In 1998 Mr Ayyash expanded his business interest to the Entertainment Sector by establishing
an entertainment production company. This new company is responsible for promoting most of
the greatest stars in the Middle east.
In 1996 Mr Ayyash established an export business to China (Asian Galaxy Pty Ltd). This business
is still in operation to the present with an average sale of 20 containers per month. This
business also operates nine restaurants in China.
In 2010 Mr Ayyash driven by his innovative and pioneering spirit founded a medical research
company (CK cell technology) with brand name such (Endexome). CK Cell Technologies Pty Ltd
is an Australian Regenerative Medicine Company developing innovative Stem Cell -Derived
products to address significant human medial conditions with a company value of $ 65 Million.
Mr Ayyash is also partner of key Franchise Business in the food sector that includes a chain of
independent restaurants as well as a partner with Seagrass Hospitality in Australia and internationally.
Seagrass is world spread Franchising company that stretches from Sydney, UAE,
London, Qatar, Kuwait and South Africa. Total Revenue $250 Million with a workforce of 1500
employees. And in 2021, Mr Ayyash extended his business model to include Mining and Natural
Stone and founded Galaxy Mining company in Jordan.
